The Southeastern Advanced Machine Tools Network (SEAMTN) hosted the a SEAMTN Connects webinar on February 22. Seventeen online attendees joined us for presentations on apprenticeships and workforce training. Carmen Archer from Robert C. Byrd Institute Apprenticeship Works, South Charleston, WV, and Angela Massey from Atlantic Track, Memphis, TN described their capabilities and experience.
The next SEAMTN Connects webinar will be held on March 22 at 4 pm ET. The discussion will focus on working with DoD and the DoD SBIR/STTR programs. Our guest speaker is Paul Middlebrooks, Program Manager, Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), UT Center for Industrial Services (UT CIS).
